Occupancy, Neighborhood & Quiet Hours

• This four-bedroom property accommodates up to 9 guests.

• No more than 9 people are permitted on the property at any time.

• Maximum parking: 4 vehicles.

Out of respect for our neighbors, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Neighbors may notify us if guest limits, parking limits, or quiet hours are violated. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

We encourage guests to enjoy their stay and make memories; however, parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Please review all house rules carefully and reach out with any questions prior to booking to ensure this home is the right fit for your group.

Pontoon Rental Option

Hot Tub Use & Readiness

Important Information

The hot tub is professionally maintained by a licensed third-party pool and spa company to ensure guest safety.

Hot tub guidelines:

• Guests must shower before and after hot tub use

• Do not spill beverages or other substances in the hot tub

• Notify us immediately if any issues arise

A $75 per booking hot tub service fee applies and helps cover professional maintenance costs. Water testing, cleaning, and servicing are handled exclusively by the licensed provider.

Routine service typically occurs Mondays and Thursdays. At times, servicing may require draining, refilling, or additional cleaning, during which the hot tub may be temporarily unavailable. Service timing and decisions are based on water quality at the time of inspection and are outside of our control.

While we make every effort to coordinate servicing between guest stays, there may be rare occasions—especially during peak summer turnovers—when the hot tub is not immediately available or requires time to reheat. As with hotels and resorts, temporary hot tub downtime does not qualify for refunds, as guest safety is always the priority.
